Westbrook 37 Ponds & 39 Drainage Reserve is the beginning of the Forsyth Road Drain development within the Westbrook Estate. An expansive area with a large pedestrian bridge and significant wetland & terrestrial planting, this project enhances the natural beauty of the area. Local residents can keep active with the three separate fitness nodes and an extensive shared path. This project was superintended by Spiire.

Manor Lakes 47 Reserve is a small public space within the Manor Lakes Estate. An impressive arbour structure leads you into the reserve, which provides the community with a picnic area, playground and kick about space. This project was superintended by Tract.

LLT Developments

Verdant Hill Stages 1-7 Streetscapes & Stage 1A Sedimentation Pond is an expansive series of streetscapes in Tarneit, the beginning of the Verdant Hill development.

Frasers Property Australia

At the heart of the new Burwood Brickworks community, the Urban Plaza provides the residents and visitors an open space to relax, socialise & play. The Urban Plaza comprises of raised grassed areas constructed with a series of pre-cast concrete blocks, two shelters and an artistic play element. The adjacent embankment is a large concrete retaining wall below the RSPCA facility, which is clad with a series of unequal angles towering above the gabion baskets and garden bed below. Surrounding the Shopping Centre and Urban Plaza are the Streetscapes, with a series of advanced and super-advanced trees. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Mirvac Victoria

Waverley Entry Park is one of the final stages in the historic Waverley Park Stadium re-development. With a full basketball court, bouldering wall, skate park, table tennis tables, fitness equipment & soccer goals, Waverley Entry Park provides residents a great facility to keep active. The park also consists of a small wetland, large open grassed areas and garden beds. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Satterley

Stage 27 North Park was completed in June 2019. This is another creative space imagined by Spiire and includes an expansive playground and fitness area. Within the park is a large lawn area with many advanced trees and garden bed planting. This project was superintended by Spiire.

Mirvac Victoria

Harcrest Stage 10 Linear Park was completed in March 2019. Consisting of a large raingarden and intricate natural rockwork adjacent to a large grassed area with native tree planting. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Satterley

Completed in March 2019, Stage 11 Park is a significant open space within the Upper Point Cook Estate. The park features a bespoke play and observation tower, a picnic and barbeque area, synthetic soccer pitch, basketball court and skate elements surrounded by garden bed pockets and grassed areas. This project was superintended by Spiire.

Development Victoria

Aurora Town Centre Park is a significant open space within the Aurora Estate in Epping. Town Centre Park comprises of a large picnic shelter and BBQ area, playground & fitness station and a pedestrian bridge, which provides a link between Edgar’s Road and the neighbouring sports field. The project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Mirvac Victoria

Stage 10 Park is a small park providing residents with a picnic and play space. Construction was completed in September 2018 and the project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Stockland Developments

This combined park and streetscapes contract follows an extensive list of stages that Peco Constructions has completed within Mernda Villages. Stage 74 Park includes an exciting play space with play towers and a stunning shelter. Stage 48, 64, 71-74 Streetscapes also showcase Peco Constructions’ quality tree planting and grassing works within new estates. These projects were superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Stockland Developments

Central Park is within The Address Estate in Point Cook and is a community park expanding over approximately 2 hectares. This park comprises of significant detail in the playground area with a large ‘play ribbon’ flowing through the center of the playground, rubber soft fall mounds and a skate park. Surrounding the playground are two large grassed areas with a border of advanced tree planting and garden beds. The project was superintended by Spiire.

Mirvac Victoria

Stage 2 Park proved to be Peco Constructions’ re-emergence into the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. With an extensive barbecue and shelter area adjacent to a large sandpit with play elements, Stage 2 Park is a great family-friendly space. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Mirvac Victoria

Following our success with Jack Road Stage 2 Park, Peco Constructions were also awarded with Stage 7 Linear Reserve. This reserve has significant retaining gabion walls and soft landscaping, which formalizes the reserve within the completed residential estate. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Development Victoria

This contract comprised of Aurora 17 Park, 17 Creek, Harvest Home Road 2 Frog Ponds & 25 Creek. These four stages provide green open spaces for the residents of Aurora and re-vegetation works within the frog ponds provide a habitat for wildlife within Edgars Creek. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Stockland Developments

The Cloverton Sales Office was the first stage of the Cloverton development. There was a vision for an observation and play tower as part of the Sales Office and we worked closely with Spiire to make their vision come to life. This project was the beginning of our diversification into ‘design & construct,’ with the structure functioning as a display tower and restroom to one side and a series of net climbs leading to a spiral slide on the other. This project was superintended by Spiire.

Cedar Woods Properties

This stage was within a significant streetscape & reserve contract completed within the Elmstead Estate. BRS/Stage 1A was the formalisation of an existing bioretention system and landscaping of the adjacent area to include a fitness station, shelter area with a large grass area and garden beds. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.

Cedar Woods Properties

Also within the Elmstead Estate in Williams Landing is a large open area with a barbeque and shelter area, playground and basketball half-court. This project was superintended by MDG Landscape Architects.
